I see you have found me in a sea of opportunistic creative minds, though I hope my heart resonates with you through the passion I exude. As an artist, I know that there are a lot of stories out there. I don’t intend to rewrite history, but rather take inspiration from it and grow upon it to inspire the next generation.

I have loved illustrating ever since I could remember. Cartoons always invigorated my imagination and sense of wonder, shaping the way I see the world around me. They entertained me yet also taught me moralistic values that I stand by to this day. My mother at a young age saw the passion I had for art and cartoons, and rather than a typical Desi mum who could have shun me away from it, she took me to galleries and museums, and together we would indulge in beautiful animations ranging from Disney to Studio Ghibli films. She had me tutored by great local artists who helped curate my artistic abilities over the years. Her desire was for me to be the best in my field of passion and help me cultivate my own creative journey rather than settling for a path that she forged.

My mind sees the world as constant visual metaphors within the simplest things, whether it be a key that is shaped like a skull head with teeth to a leaf that imitates the silhouette of a living creature. This way of thinking aids me in shaping my ideas across my creative work in ways that may seem unconventional to those looking from the outside in.

Aligning my fortes in illustrating, communicating and storytelling, I am primarily passionate in designing characters, storyboarding and voice acting. Beyond this, I have been fond of acting, graphic design and creative directing. My desire is to collaborate with professionals in all corners of the creative industry and through my work create a voice for the voiceless, speaking out for those who feel marginalised in their societies and cultures, but can seek solace in the connection forged through my work beyond the screen.
